Water Damage in Bathroom

Sometimes you just need to get the job done quickly and if possible as inexpensively as possible!!! That was the case here when a commercial client discovered the bathroom in the basement of their manufacturing facility had water damage after a severe rain storm flooded the back-half of the building. Our clean-up crew moved in quick, cleaned up water in the area and cut-out about 36" of sheetrock to ensure the water was removed from the wall. Because we knew our client was not interested in spending too much on this little-used bathroom we were careful to avoid damaging the floors and we even dried and re-used the floor molding!
